Information for Malaysia Customers:
Post office or DHL deliver parcels sent within Malaysia. If delivery is attempted, but nobody is home, then a card will be left asking you to collect your package at your local post office.
Scent World recommends that if you are not home during business hours that you request Scent World to send your parcel to you at your work address.
Information for International Customers:
We can send international orders. Cost is calculated based on your location and items in your cart. You can get a quote for shipping costs by adding records to your shopping cart and clicking checkout
(you will need to have an account and be logged in).
Return & Exchange Policy
Please choose your purchases carefully as Scent World does not accept returns unless they are genuinely faulty by manufacture or have been sent in error. Items damaged or broke because of faulty packaging may be returned together with the faulty packaging. If you have an item, you wish to return; you must first email Scent World for a Return Advice form and send the item back to Scent World within 14 days from the date your order was shipped.
Warranty Coverage
Scent World warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below: Scent World warrants all diffusion products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR For the commercial device (C) from the date of original retail purchase. and THREE (3) MONTH for the home device (H)
